Hello! I'm Elise Birch.

I am one of the fortunate few to say that I am working my dream job. I love helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I have been in the mental health field for over a decade, working at suicide hotlines, domestic violence shelters, schools, psych wards, drug rehabs, and in traditional outpatient therapy. So it's no question that I'm ready for whatever you struggle with in your life. 

I exclusively provide telehealth services, allowing me to work with any individual residing in the state of Indiana. Being a lifelong Hoosier, I wholeheartedly believe that I was meant to make Indiana a little safer for all marginalized individuals who call it home.
