Hello! I'm Elise Birch.

I am one of the fortunate few to say I am working my dream job. I love helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I have been in the mental health field for over a decade, working at suicide hotlines, domestic violence shelters, schools, psych wards, drug rehabs, and traditional outpatient therapy.

I provide telehealth services, allowing me to work with any individual residing in the state of Indiana. Being a lifelong Hoosier, I wholeheartedly believe that I was meant to make Indiana a little safer for all marginalized individuals who call it home.
